Tears of Laughter

I started 2021 off my directing a workshop production of new musical 'Tears of Laughter', for Goldsmith University.  This was and R&D for the production, followed stand up comics and the trauma their comedy comes from.

​​Is it every Really Really Real?

Presented and streamed by Teater Far 302 in Denmark, I directed a new iteration of this play about What is really is real.

Breaking The Silence

I worked as Musical Director and Composer, with the young people of Brent Youth Theatre to create songs for their film about their experiences in Lockdown.

June
​Queer Cabaret

With Car Crash Production, I worked as creative director and accompanist on this, one of the first in person shows to come back to London.  The socials distant show, sold out and showcase wonderful LGBTQ+ artists.

July
​Beyond the Heat

I worked as Co-Composer and Co-Musical Director with Brent Youth Theatre once again, on their self penned show Beyond the Heat, focusing on displacement and Global Warming.

August
We Came To Dance

In August I worked as Production Manager with Food Tank, Yard heads International and the EU Food Organisation on the new interactive musical which played 70 performances in around Edinburgh.

​Awakening

In September, students I has worked with performed their musical theatre class numbers as part of the wider Academy showcase.

October:
​Halloween Spooktacular

I worked as Creative Director, once again, for a Car Crash Productions cabaret style event.  This was a live streamed event hosted the week of halloween with lots of spooky songs and performances.
